MISSION STATEMENT: To help Joes get figures, uniforms, vehicles & equipment they have missed, or could not get in their area at cost.

First and foremost, remember the members of the underground are doing this out of the goodness of their heart, taking their own time & often gas, to do you a favor. Please bear this in mind when snags happen. We all have lives & jobs & things happen.

if you can get the goods cheaper & easier than the Underground can, then do it! We are not here to compete with business. We are here to help a needful Joe. Often due to constraints of work & family, we will not be able to get you the cheapest postage available & may have to have boxes provided by carriers that will cost more. We will do the best we can. All members of the underground agree to operate in a non-profit mode. Karma however, is always welcome, ***never*** expected.

All members of the underground reserve the right to terminate an Operation at any point, for any reason and either turn it over to Another member, or refund the money to the needful joe.

As a matter of SOP, members of the underground will gather prices, Tell the needful joe what the total cost will be including shipping & the needful joe will send the money to the underground member doing the work, before the materials are sent. How exactly this is done is left to the individual underground member.

If a needful Joe wants to terminate an operation for any reason, before The money is spent, the operation will be terminated and their money Returned. If the termination happens after the money has been spent, It is up to the individual underground member to decide what to do.

Money can be sent in whatever form the individual underground member Wants or can deal with. Personal check, money order, pay pal, etc. Flat out trades are certainly within bounds.
